What System Users Say

The last time I lived in the Phils was 8 years ago. Finding a place to rent was a nightmare. This time it’s a breeze - just like back home.

As economic situations throughout the world change and become more challenging to many retirees – some will chose the Philippines to live because they can have a higher standard of living then they did in during their working years in their home country.

Simply put – the Philippines is more affordable then North America – most places in Western Europe – many countries in Asia. Over the next decade there are several hundred million people who will reach retirement age. That’s a lot of people.

As retirees’ income reduces – and their expenses increase (such as property taxes) – many retirees will cope by downsizing from their current standard of living levels. Some may even move in with their kids in an effort to make their money last. It wasn’t how they thought their retirement would be when they started working 30 – 40 years ago – but it’s real life now.

After weighing alternatives - some small percentage will elect to become expatriates – move from their home country to a foreign country. Many will choose the Philippines because of its: climate – geography – cultures – and language (most speak English – today’s in-common language throughout much of the world). But most of all – due to a lower cost of living.

Because Philippine laws prohibit foreigners from owning land, most foreigners will RENT their residences. Today, although there are many rentals available - finding a home - town home - apartment to rent anywhere in the Philippines is a logistics nightmare. There’s no organized central meeting ground for Property Owners and Renters. Now there is one – on the Web.

We’ve been in the ‘helping people find places to stay via the web’ business for a long time – now approaching 20 years – almost since the ‘beginning of time on the web’ – since before encryption made secure transactions (i.e. credit card payments) possible.

Over the coming months – we’ll be applying web technology to help make renting residences a in the Philippines a whole easier then it is currently for both Renters and Property Owners. You’re welcome to join us in the effort for your local community.

So there’s no misunderstanding – this is not some ‘get rich quick’ opportunity – in fact, it’s a never get rich opportunity.

A “PhilippinesResidentialRentals” website (at your Philippine location) is a Small Web-Based Enterprise. It’s designed to help you with supplemental monthly income. You’ll also be meeting with local real estate brokers and attorneys (they love you when you bring them more clients). You may even meet some nice folks who are moving to your area before they move.

You definitely not have to be a Web/Tech/Head to operate a “PhilippinesResidentialRentals” site in your local community. We provide you with ALL the tech stuff - graphic folks - programmers - web servers - connection. But you must have a computer – know how to use it - and have what passes here for a ‘broadband connection’.

You also need to have a business-like attitude and appearance – be able to comfortably interface with local business professionals. Means you are responsible for the local activity – we are responsible for operating the Rental Portal and getting traffic to the site. We split the revenue. It’s pretty simple.
